Request for Expressions of interest - Karratha Leisureplex Cafe Operations

⁠⁠⁠The City is seeking expressions of interest from suitable tenants for the Karratha Leisureplex Café, situated at the Karratha Leisureplex, Lot 5021, Dampier Highway 6714.

The commercial market rental value of the disposition was assessed at $23,775.00 ex. GST for the 190.2m2 total space on 18 August 2022. Whilst the commercial value is acknowledged, the City will consider alternate lease fee arrangements.
