In accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Esperance gives public notice of its intention to lease the following property;
Property – Part of Lot 524 Howick Road
Party Involved – Telstra Corporation
Term – 10 years, with 2x 5 year further term options
Consideration – $1,100.00 pa (Inc GST)
Market Value – $1,100.00 pa (Inc GST) as determined by Council Res # O0822-185
