Tender Description
The Department of Employment, Small Business and Training invites expressions of interest for the future re-use of the former Maryborough TAFE campus at 65 Nagel Street, Oakhurst.
The site is located next to the Maryborough Showgrounds and is a short 10-minute drive to the CBD. If you have a vision that realises community, educational, training and economic development outcomes for the city and the region, this is your site.
