Expresssions of Interest - Multiple Town Halls

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking expressions of interest from parties who may wish to purchase the following:

• Buntine Town Hall (Lot 1&2 (35-37) Nelson Street, Buntine) - Total Size: 2,521m2
• Wubin Town Hall (Lot 42 (11) Arthur Street, Wubin) - Total Size: 1,0011m2
• Wubin Supper Room (Lot 43 (13) Arthur Street, Wubin) - Total Size: 1,012m2
• Pithara Town Hall & Supper Room (Lot 36 & 37 (41-43) Leahy Street, Pithara) - Total Size: 2,022m2

Expressions of Interest can be forwarded to Jean Knight at ceo@dalwallnu.wa.gov.au. Expressions of interest are non-binding. We are just trying to gauge interest to see if any further investigation into the possibility of disposing these halls could be an option.
