Tender Description
Heritage Now, on behalf of a Proponent (name provided on registration), is requesting the names of Aboriginal people who hold cultural knowledge relevant to determining the significance of Aboriginal cultural heritage within the Project Area in Balcolyn, in the Lake Macquarie Are.
The purpose of community consultation with Aboriginal people is to assist the proposed applicant in the preparation of an application for an AHP and to assist the Director General of Department of Premier and cabinet (or a delegated Heritage NSW officer with delegated authority) in his or her consideration and determination of the application.
