Tender Description
Roper Gulf Regional Council is seeking fee offers from appropriately qualified construction firms for the design and construction of two (2) residences at Lot 156, Numbulwar.
Project Specifics:
Dwelling 1
- Provision of one detached 2 bedroom dwelling with carport and concrete driveway
- Provision of perimeter 2m fencing and gates (pedestrian and vehicle)
- Site has power, sewer and water connections
- Connections and site servicing approvals from PAWA form part of the scope of work
Dwelling 2
- Provision of one detached 3 bedroom dwelling with carport and concrete driveway
- Provision of perimeter 2m fencing and gates (pedestrian and vehicle)
- Site has power, sewer and water connections
- Connections and site servicing approvals from PAWA form part of the scope of work
Tenderers will need to consider:
- access to Numbulwar is seasonal
- geotech and survey investigations are required and form part of the scope
- the location has no access to mains water or sewerage
- contractor accommodation can be provided by RGRC with sufficient notice, as per the RGRC Fees & Charges
