Tender Description
A payment of $1,500 is available to landlords who voluntarily match the Government’s Tenant Rent Relief Scheme- external site payments of $3,000 to their small business tenants who demonstrated a revenue loss of 30% or more for a consecutive 4-week period between 1 January and 30 April 2022, and subsequently were approved for and received the $3,000 grant payment.
What are the eligibility criteria?
To be eligible, applicants must:
- provide evidence that they have matched (provided the equivalent payment, credit or waiver) the $3,000 Tenant Rent Relief Scheme- external site grant payment to their small business tenant
- not be a related entity to their tenant.
