Tender Description

The scope of works comprises a range of activities involving management of a set of works packages, including:

. Finalising design for construction

. Performance of civil work

. Laying of foundations and foundation piling

. Tying into existing building and provide access doorways on all upper levels

. Concrete and steel structure consisting of Ground plus 5 upper levels

. Steel roof with access to plant

. Installation of stairs and elevators

. Internal fit out, and

. Installation of essential services.
