Tender Description
Tenders are invited from certified contractors under the NSW Government Prequalification Scheme (SCM0256) in Category C4: Demolition or registered contractors with Transport for NSW under the Registration Scheme for Construction Industry Contractors under Category X: Demolition of Buildings and must have as minimum, Restricted Demolition Licence DE2. This work consists of property demolition, fencing and associated minor clearing as an early works package for the Jervis Bay Road Intersection Upgrade project at Falls Creek, NSW.
A pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held at 10am on Monday 29 August 2022 at the NSW Government Infrastructure Skills Legacy Training Hub located at 313 Princes Highway Bomaderry, NSW. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming tender. You must register your attendance with TfNSW Project Engineer, Nick Mihalopoulos via email to Nick.Mihalopoulos@transport.nsw.gov.au by Thursday 25 August 2022 if you wish to attend.
