The Islamic School of Canberra invites submissions from suitably qualified contractors to carry out ground works and to construct a new single storey classroom building at its Weston site. It is anticipated that construction will commence in October 2022. The project includes 3 technical classrooms for TAS and associated stores, with approximate footprint of 385 sqm.

Respondents will need to demonstrate:

• Sensitivity to the nature of a school environment

• Successful completion of projects of similar complexity

• Construction experience in the control of cost and time issues

• The technical capacity, financial and physical resources to deliver the project
