Supply and Delivery of Precast Concrete Items

⁠⁠⁠THE ORGANISATION

Western Power is a Western Australian State Government owned corporation which is responsible for building, maintaining and operating an electricity network which connects over 1.1 million customers to traditional and renewable energy sources.

BACKGROUND

Precast concrete items are used outdoors as premanufactured ready to use below ground foundations and or oil containment bunds in Western Power’s distribution substation sites up to 36kV, in conditions where there is a wide range of ambient temperature, solar radiation, humidity, pollution (salt bearing) and ground water levels. These products are required to be safe to install without the need for a bespoke site-specific civil engineering design.

THE SCOPE

Western Power is seeking registrations of interest from suitably qualified and experienced companies capable of supplying and delivering:

Enviro bund kit for containment of transformer oil
Foundation assemblies Distribution equipment

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Register your Interest by completing the registration form through the ‘Register your interest’ button below. Within the registration form, Suppliers are required to respond to the following for the ROI submission:

• Demonstrate track record and capability in delivering ‘Supply and Delivery or Precast Concrete Items’ in relation to the high-level Scope requirements stated above.
• Reference from at least three customers who have been offered similar services.
• Safety, Health & Environment information to be requested as part of this exercise.

2. A Registration of Interest Questionnaire will be then forwarded to you to complete and return to roi.submissions@westernpower.com.au.

3. To be considered for inclusion in a Request for Proposal, please register your interest and return the completed Registration of Interest Questionnaire by 5pm (AWST) 20 February 2023.
