Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠PRF will commission an independent Evaluation and Learning Partner (ELP) for the period October 2022 to December 2024. The ELP will assess:

whether and how the partnership achieved its immediate program outcomes
whether and how the partnership contributed to the Foundation’s broader efforts to break cycles of disadvantage
what PRF can learn about the self-efficacy model as a strategy to produce quality employment outcomes
what PRF can do to influence the policy or philanthropic sectors to support Work Integrated Social Enterprises

The scope of the evaluation that will be part of this engagement is:

Geographic focus: Good Cycles’s place-based employment impact will focus on Metropolitan Melbourne, particularly the Inner and Outer West; Greater Geelong; and Metropolitan Sydney, focused on Western Sydney
