Tender Description
Shire of Murray (SoM) is looking to obtain quotations for the demolition of a brick and tile dwelling located at number 9 Roe Avenue Pinjarra WA 6208.
Quotes are to include:
1, allowances for applications for demolition Permits from the SoM,
2, Rodent baiting of dwelling for two weeks prior to the commencement of works,
3, Demolition of dwelling, associated outbuildings fencing, decommission and removal of on site effluent disposal system.
4, Racking of the site to a depth of 600mm, leaving the site clear and level.
Power, water and gas services will be disconnected and isolated by SoM prior to the commencement of works.
