Tender Description
Whanganui District Council wishes to seek responses from the market to deliver a new kerbside collection for recycling, food waste, and associated services.
Prior to commencing a formal procurement process, the Council and its representatives wish to speak with operators/organisations who may be interested in supplying these services to Council. The aim is to explain the Council's objectives for the proposed services and seek operator's/organisations' views on the procurement process.
