The Specification/Statement of Requirements, ( which outline the requirements toward the project/goods/services for the proposed contract), the proposed draft General Conditions of Contract and Tender Response Schedule are together with supporting documentation including technical specifications, drawings

Tender Submissions must be received no later than 3.00pm Thursday 1 September 2022
Should you submit a tender response toward the tender, you are deemed to have examined all information relevant prior to submitting the your response.

You are also advised TasWater is not bound to accept the lowest bid or any accept submission received and may accept or reject any tender submission at any time in its absolute discretion. A tender submission toward the tender is not accepted unless and until a contract is fully executed.
