Yass Valley Council invites suitably qualified contractors to carry out sewer main relining and associated tasks on approximately 1560 meters of sewer main in Yass.
The scope of work includes:
- Detail design calculations for the proposed structural lining.
- Preparation of traffic control plans and implementation.
- Notification of all affected residents and businesses owners in advance of the programmed works
- Cleaning of sewer mains.
- Installation of a structural liner, re connection and sealing of all property services.
- Pre and post CCTV inspection.
- Excavation and repair of nonstandard junctions and collapsed sections of pipe.
- Flow management including bypass pumping.
- Restoration of property.
