Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Refurbishment of the toilets in Blocks 4 and 5 including replacement of all fittings as needed due to their poor condition plus 'Reconfiguration /Repurposing' of the toilets in Block 14.
The approximate scope is
• Supply and install new hardware and sanitary-ware and install new hot water either by HWC or Califont.
• Supply and install new partitions and Seratone wall linings
• Supply and installation of new LED lighting
• Works to include provision of suitable mixer taps, running of all necessary pipe work and make good to all areas as required
• Replace with new vinyl (works to include all coving and floor preparation as required)
• Note: Exact works into Block 14 toilets are to be confirmed through the design process.
