Tender Description
The existing 1800mm diameter pipeline under Fraser Avenue has failed and the City of Onkaparinga is seeking to install a structural lining while retaining the existing failed pipe.
The pipeline is located within a watercourse and is approximately 35 metres long. Failure has occurred to the bottom of the pipes, due to the load exerted by the earth embankment and road over it. The structural integrity of the pipeline has been compromised and the new lining is required to carry the full load of the embankment and traffic loading.
The pipe is considered a confined space that has failed. This needs to be considered in the response provided.
