Council Administration Building, Council Works Depot, Warren Library and Victoria Park Sports Complex
Warren is located 140km west of Dubbo.

It is Council’s intention to appoint a single contractor for all sites detailed in this document, however, Council may award sites individually to multiple contractors based on the suitability of market responses.
Contractors may, at their option, offer a quotation for one or multiple sites listed in this document.
The four systems are to be installed, commissioned and fully operational by 4pm Wednesday 30th November 2022.
The objective of this project is to reduce daytime loads at the site.
The Contractor is to:
• Provide a complete solar PV system including the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the system.
• Prepare all documentation and submit applications to Essential Energy for connection approval and claim STCs on the Principal’s behalf.
• Provide relevant case studies or solutions that have been delivered that demonstrate their capability to meet these objectives and functional requirements of the project.
