Quantity Surveying / Cost Management Services: Taupo District Council Civic Administration Building

⁠⁠⁠Recently Taupo District Council (TDC) has entered into an agreement for 3,000m2 of new office space at 67 Horomatangi St, Taupo. The base building design process is well advanced and the new building is expected to be completed in Q4 2024 / Q1 2025.
The building will be developed by the Tuwharetoa Consortium, a collection of local iwi seeking to cement its positive relationship with TDC by way of partnering with Council to deliver a home for both parties.

This RFP is specifically for a Quantity Surveying practice with relevant commercial interior fitout experience who will become a key member of the project team.
