Tender Description
The Intelligence, Data and Evidence (IDE) team within Strategy, Corporate and Performance, is seeking a vendor to supply aggregated and de-identified banking transaction data at a localised level across NSW. Access to this data will enable the IDE team to develop analysis and analytics to support other business units within RNSW by providing:
•Insights into consumer spending trends within regional communities
•Insights of how natural disasters such as floods or bushfires affect the local regional economies, and
•A timely economic feedback loop to identify the impact and effectiveness of Government interventions and responses
IDE is seeking transaction banking data provided:
•With sufficient coverage across the Local Government Areas of regional NSW
•At least monthly with a minimal lag from the time of the transaction
•With sufficient detail to identify the time at which the transaction occurred and the location where the transaction took place
•Via API or similar functionality to enable us to implement automation, integration and for use in our bespoke analytics.
Submissions will be assessed on the granularity and specifics of data provided.
