Tender Description
The Wynyard Tulip Festival is a spectacular day of festivities held on Saturday 8 October 2022 at 11am – 9pm at Gutteridge Gardens, Wynyard. The festival celebrates the breathtaking tulips in full bloom at the Table Cape Tulip Farm, as well as all that makes Waratah-Wynyard idyllic and unique.
This major Tasmanian event is celebrating its 30th anniversary, with live music and entertainment, tasty delights from local vendors, market stalls and an impressive firework display starting at 9pm.
The Tulip Festival Foreshore Market is also an integral part of the festival and is held on the first and third Sunday of each month from 8.30am until 2pm.

Council is keen to hear from anyone who would like to participate. Complete the forms on webpage and return to Council by 1 September 2022.

Other Stalls 11.00am - 5.00pm

IMPORTANT DATES:
1 July: Opening date for Expressions of Interest - which will be acknowledged by email as received.
31 July: Successful suppliers will be advised by email or mail, with an accompanying invoice to be paid within 14 days to confirm
site. Unsuccessful suppliers, including those received after closing date, will have information placed on the waiting
list data base.
1 September: Closing date for Expressions of Interest - no other Expressions of Interest will be accepted after this date
Mid September.
Maps and site information will be forwarded to confirmed suppliers.
