Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for Tender No. T018/2023 - Design and Construct - Kootingal Hall and Library Redevelopment.
This tender is a Quality Assurance contract with method of payment being lump sum.
The scope of work comprises of the design, demolition and construction on the existing hall and library addition and all associated works, in Kootingal NSW 2340.
There will be a compulsory attendance pre tender meeting for this tender to submit a confirming tender.
