Tender Description
Tenders are invited to upgrade pedestrian facilities and landscaping as part of the redevelopment of Richmond Riverbank Park at 56, 66, 68 and 70 Bridge Street, Richmond, Tasmania 7025.
Responses can be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Confidential” and with the description and Tender number T1471-22 clearly marked on the envelope. Responses will be received at the Council Offices, 38 Bligh Street, Rosny Park Tasmania 7018 or by email to tenders@ccc.tas.gov.au until 4.00pm on Wednesday 7 September 2022.
Tender documents are available from Monday 15 August 2022.
Neither the lowest nor any Tender will necessarily be accepted, and late Tenders will not be considered.
