Tender Description
With Narromine fast becoming an “aviation hub” Narromine Shire Council is currently progressing the development of a hangar precinct at the aerodrome.
The project involves:
- A Planning Proposal for Rezoning,
- A Development Application for a subdivision: and
- An inclusion to the Narromine Development Control Plan
This process will allow other ancillary uses and activities to be undertaken at the aerodrome.
Concept plans detailing the lot sizes will be available here shortly.
Expressions of Interest
Council is now seeking expressions of interest from aviators and business operators who are interested in becoming part of this exciting business opportunity.
