Tender Description
The Todd Energy Aquatic Centre is looking for a professional company to lease and operate our Rock Pool Cafe. Serving food and coffee to the public that use the pools, as well as loyal passerby's. Operators will need to operate seven days a week, and provide food suitable to the clientele (for example - cafe foods, hot chips, ice-creams, sweets, coffee etc.) and season. This includes takeaway options, reasonable pricing, and dietary options.
