Scope of Work
This scope of work is for Accommodation and Flight Booking System for the McArthur River Mine.
MRM is seeking expressions of interest from the suppliers who can provide the following scope to the remote site in McArthur River Mine (MRM).
The provision of the System will include:
Functions:
• Accommodation bookings (for site)
• Flight Bookings (Darwin – Site – Darwin)
• Rostering
• Locker allocation
• Room cleaning scheduling including inspection schedule – spring cleans
• Maintenance reporting function – potentially linked to a app
• Key card functionality (room doors)
• Leave requests
Reporting:
• Accommodation room lockout report
• Occupancy reporting (daily)
• Forward occupancy reporting (28 days)
• Flight availability (seats)
• Weightlisting
• Locker availability
• Rostering reports – group and individual
• Room cleaning reports
Integration:
• Able to integrate with Ellipse and SAP
• Able to integrate with Pegasus – utilising the Pegasus id
• Able to have mobile functionality – able to message users e.g. flight information/confirmation,
room/locker assignment, delay messaging, etc
