Establishment of Pre-qualified Suppliers Panel

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Meekatharra intends to establish an approved list of pre-qualified suppliers (Panels) to commence in the 2022/23 financial year. Interested parties are invited to submit an application to join one or more of the Panels. Pre-qualified Supplier means a supplier who has undergone a thorough preliminary assessment and is judged to have the required capacity and experience to fulfil a subsequent contract and/or service.

The Panels are being created with several categories listed under each one. Applicants can make submissions under multiple categories or for just one in the following categories:

CONCRETE SERVICES The panel will be for a variety of concreting services for the following subcategories: Floodway's, Culverts, Edge Walls, Pathways/Footpaths, Housing/Building Pads and general concreting services.

BUILDING SERVICES The panel will be for a variety of building services for the following subcategories:

Plumbing, Electrical, Glazing, General Maintenance, Painting, Fencing, Reticulation and Irrigation, Fire Services, Mechanical/Air Conditioning, Pest Control, General Cleaning, Test and Tag and RCD Inspection Services.

PLANT SERVICES The panel will be for a variety of plant equipment hire and services for the following subcategories:

Dozer, Grader, Trucks and Trailers, Loader, Water Tanker and Trailers, Low Loaders, Stabiliser Equipment, Rollers, Excavators, and Bobcats/Skid Steers.

MECHANICAL WORKSHOP SERVICES The panel will be for a variety of light and heavy vehicle mechanical services for the following subcategories:

Automotive Electrical, Automotive Air Conditioning and Mechanical Repairs (in workshop and mobile) and Emergency Service Appliance Mechanical Repairs.

ADMINISTRATION AND TECHNICAL SERVICES

The panel will be for a variety of administration equipment and services for the following subcategories:

Computer equipment - hardware & software, Photocopying equipment and services, Communications equipment and services, Corporate & Engineering consultancy services and Architectural services.

The Shire of Meekatharra is under no obligation to use suppliers included on the Pre-qualified Supplier Panel, and may use an alternative contractor to complete tasks.

Applications do not need to be for all categories under any Panel with applicants welcome to apply for just one category (e.g. building services only) or multiple categories (eg building services and concreting services).
