Tender Description
The South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) excluding Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) has an ongoing requirement for the provision of water treatment services to Fremantle Hospital (FH), Rockingham General Hospital (RGH) and Murray District Hospital (MDH). These services include sampling, testing and treatment (Services) of water from plant and equipment located at SMHS sites. The Services are critical to eliminate the risk of waterborne illnesses to ensure the safety of patients, visitors, and staff at these sites.
