Tender Description
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade is planning to replace its current intranet, content management and collaborations systems.
The current systems are due to be replaced. They have been around for more than a decade and no longer meet the growing and changing needs of the Ministry.
The new systems (and associated solutions) will need to provide modern functionality that can cover four key capabilities as follows:
• The design of the Ministry intranet
• Document management
• Managing content and collaboration with internal and external users including visual collaboration spaces
• Document-centric workflow management to support business processes.
