Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Principal is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the demolition, construction, refurbishment and associated site works of Cassidy Pavilion at Walter Padbury Reserve, Thornlie. This building is the home of Gosnells City Soccer Club who play in the Football West State League. The City has recognised the need to renew, extend the current building within its current location and meet the future needs of the user.

In addition, the Contractor will be responsible for the supply and installation of new Solar PV and LED lighting throughout the existing and new facility including removal of redundant fittings.

The Contractor will be required to provide all labour, plant and equipment, materials, chemicals, transport/cartage, supervision/administrative costs, surveying, travelling expenses etc. and anything else necessary to carry out the services required under the proposed Contract.

A Non-Mandatory site inspection will be held on-site, on Tuesday, 16 August 2022 at 1:30pm. Cassidy Pavilion is located at Walter Padbury Reserve, Thornlie. Access to the site is via a driveway off Cassidy Road.
