Disposal of Surplus Demountable Building and Shipping / Storage Containers

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Wiluna is offering for sale by tender 1 x 12.0 x 3.4 metre demountable building and 2 x 6.0 metre long steel shipping containers. The shipping containers are in fair condition but suitable for storage purposes. The demountable building is a single room structure and has all services disconnected. It has been vandalised, mostly by some external and internal grafitti but otherwise is in sound condition.

All items are located within the township of Wiluna which is located on the Goldfields Highway 966 kilometres North East of Perth.

The successful tenderer(s) will be responsible for arranging loading and transportation of the items once payment has been made. The Shire of Wiluna is unable to assist with this. The containers are capable of being lifted onto a truck with a Hiab-type truck-mounted crane or loaded from the street wising a tilt tray or drop deck truck. The demountable building can be easily loaded and moved by a suitable prime mover and trailer from its present location.
