FX Visitor Centre Carpark Redevelopment & Emanuel Way - Stabilisation and Asphalt Seal

⁠⁠⁠Project 1 FITZROY CROSSING VISITOR CENTRE CARPARK.

a) Box out and construct 150mm pavements to area hatched in red on the attached plan. Also, box out and construct 150mm pavements to the staff parking area, the bus lane and slip lane.

b) Supply and spread 50mm of road base overlay to all existing bitumen and reconstructed areas. Also, allow for 20 cubic metres of additional road base in order to correct some existing drainage issues.

c) Cement stabilise all new and existing pavements as per "in-situ stabilisation of pavement materials MRD specifications 515", stabilisation to be 1.5% cement to a depth of 200mm.

d) Supply and install a 30mm thick AC 10 asphalt finish to the finished base works. The bus lane to be asphalt coloured red.

e) Supply and install semi mountable kerb to lines marked in red on attached plan, all as per bill of quantities sand back fill to kerb lines.

f) Supply and install red finished 100mm thick concrete with F81 Mesh and 150mm thick edges to area as shown on the attached plan. Also, install disabled access/pram ramps 1800wide as shown on the attached plan. 

Project 2 EMANUEL WAY, FITZROY CROSSING

a) Supply and spread 50mm of road base overlay to the section of Emanuel Way as shown on the attached plan.

b) Cement stabilise overlaid area of Emanuel Way as per "in=situ stabilisation of Pavement materials MRD specification 515", stabilisation to be 1.5% cement to a depth of 200mm.

c) Supply and install a 50mm thick AC14, MRD intersection mix, asphalt finish to the stabilised pavement. All as per attached plan.
