Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of an administration refurbishment and the construction of a new covered outdoor area located at Gumdale State School, 677 New Cleveland Road, Gumdale QLD 4154.

Tender submissions will be accepted from Contractors with the relevant Insurances and relevant QBCC Builders Licences for the scope of works required. The project will be procured under a Minor Works with Design Contract.

Tender submissions close Friday, 26th August 2022 at 2:00 pm via direct tender submission e-mail to tenders@ridgemill.com.au.

SITE VISIT DETAILS -

A tenderer site inspection is scheduled for Tuesday, 9 August 2022 at 11:00 am at Gumdale State School. Tenderers are to sign in and meet the Project Manager outside the administration building.

Pre-registration of attending the site inspection is mandatory to enable adequate social distancing practices to be put in place.
