Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Subsea 7’s (on behalf of the Subsea Integration Alliance) scope of work for Scarborough Project involves the project management,

engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation of the following packages of work:
 
• 6x FLETs, 7x ILTs
• 1x export riser base manifold
• 3x 14” ID Flexible Production Risers (~3km each)
• 3x 14” ID Flexible Export Risers (~3km each)
• 7x 8” ID Flexible Well Jumpers (~100m each)
• 43km 16” NPS carbon steel flowlines
• 1x umbilical riser (~3km)
• 7x static umbilicals (~37km)
• 1x Electrical Umbilical (~1.3km)
• UTAs, UTHs and SDA
• 1x 32” rigid spool
 
The scope of supply for the Subsea Umbilicals, Risers and Flowlines (SURF) Precommisioning package includes project management,
engineering, any necessary design, analysis, calculation, equipment, materials, consumables and personnel to perform the following work offshore onboard Subsea 7’s installation vessels and Woodside’s Floating Production Unit FPU.
 
• Pig loading / unloading
• Subsea flowline, flooding, cleaning, gauging and hydrotesting
• Subsea leak testing
• Flexible riser annulus vacuum testing
• Flowline Dewatering, conditioning & nitrogen packing
• Umbilical post loadout testing
• Umbilical installation monitoring
• Flying lead testing & flushing
• Final control system testing

Standards Compliance with:
 
• Woodside specifications (including, but not limited to W1000SX8534347, W1000SX8570521, W1000SX8228475, W1000SQ002)
• International and Industry Standards (including, but not limited to API 17B, API 17E, DNVGL-ST-F101, DNVGL-RPF115).
