Please provide options for supply and installation of a flare ignition system for Ayr STP waste gas flare.
Background:
Ayr STP is a trickling filter STP and the only gas in the whole system is the gas emitted from the sludge in the primary digester and the flare does not have ignition system.
The flare should be always on; however, sometimes it goes off due to wind or lack of enough gas in the digester and in these cases, we are seeking options for ignition system.
The current system does not have pilot. We need to put an ignition system in case of losing the flare so to provide a safe way for the operators to ignite the flare and not to use stich and hand held lighters to ignite the flare.
Please provide prices for supply & installation of the following options:
a) a pilot they can ignite to light the flare then turn off (with LPG or Natural Gas). This would be electrically ignited so there would be a push button
b) an electric spark ignitor to light the flare with a pushbutton panel (it will spark in all conditions but will only light the flare if there is a combustible mixture around the ignitor) - no LPG or Natural Gas required
Also please include optional systems with the followings:
1. Detect when the pilot or flare is out and send an alarm signal
2. Detect when the pilot or flare is out and automatically relight
