Tender Description
Central Coast Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the engagement of a qualified and experienced Contractor to construct approximately 3.7km of shared path and all associated works, comprising of site clearing, earthworks, construction of a minimum 3m wide shared path with sections of suspended boardwalk structures, rest areas, new car park arrangements, retaining structures, stormwater infrastructure, pathway furnishings and signage. The works also include all site management controls, revegetation and associated landscaping including a defined maintenance period.
Council can advise the works will be undertaken over a 5 year period, for further details please read the EOI documentation.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) is stage 1 of a 2-stage procurement process. The objective of this EOI stage is to shortlist respondents with the relevant expertise and capacity to deliver the requirements of the contract. Once completed shortlisted respondents will be requested to provide formal Tenders.
