Tender Description
Sunwater Limited ACN 131 034 985 (“Sunwater” or “Inviter” as the context requires) (as agent for Eungella Water Pipeline Pty Ltd ACN 070 999 236, (“Eungella”)) is inviting offers from Tenderers to enter into a water supply agreement in the form set out in Part 5 of this Invitation To Tender (ITT) (“Water Supply Agreement”) for a fixed term of 5 to 20 years in respect of water supplied via the Pipeline (as defined in the Water Supply Agreement) on the terms and conditions of this ITT.
