Prospective Respondents are to note that a previous Invitation for Expressions of Interest document (EOI2122121) for the South West Food and Wine Event Development Opportunity was issued on 19 July 2022 and which closed on 28 July 2022 on Tenders WA.

However due to market interest this EOI2122122 is now being issued and will remain open only until the Closing Time 2.30pm 5 August 2022. There will be no further extensions.

Prospective Respondents are advised that the Request for Proposal for the South West Food and Wine Event Development has been issued on 29 July 2022 to those Respondents who had responded to the previous EOI and had met the requirements.

Tourism WA wishes to seek proposals from individuals and organisations to deliver a new major food and wine event in the South West region of Western Australia.

Respondents that are interested in taking part in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process relating to a South West Food and Wine Event, are required to respond to this EOI to register interest and sign a Confidentiality Deed Poll before they are provided the RFP.

The RFP will provide specification details regarding Tourism WA’s requirements, expectations and objectives for the project in a framework which each Respondent to the RFP, will be required to utilise to detail its proposals for the delivery of the event including its financial operating model. The RFP will provide details of how and when to make a submission, how proposals will be assessed and how the proposed contract will be awarded. Terms and conditions governing the selection process and the award of the proposed contract will also be included.
