This tender is designed to appoint multiple service providers to provide salary packaging and novated leasing services to Employees.
Salary packaging and novated leasing form an important part of the overall remuneration packages offered to NSW Health Employees.
There are currently approximately 140,000 Employees that are eligible for salary packaging and novated leasing arrangements. Of these, approximately 74% are situated in Metropolitan areas and 26% are based in rural NSW. The current Employee participation rates for Salary Packaging arrangements vary between 52-72% across all Customers, with a State average approximately 66%.
As the current Contract to supply Salary Packaging Services is due to expire, the purpose of this RFP is to continue the provision of the Services in requesting a maximum of three Novated Leasing service providers and a maximum of two Salary Packaging Administration Service providers for the provision of the requirements
