Tender Description
Tenders are invited and will be received up to 2pm Tuesday 6 September 2022 for the lease, management and operation of five Council owned swimming pools for a period of 5 years, however Council may consider up to 21 years, commencing 1 July 2023.
A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on 18 August 2022.
The five Swimming Centres are
- Stockton War Memorial Olympic Pool 21 Pitt Street, Stockton NSW 2295
- Mayfield Swimming Centre 21A Maitland Road, Mayfield NSW 2304
- Lambton Memorial Swimming Centre 102 Durham Road, Lambton NSW 2299
- Wallsend Memorial Olympic Swimming Centre 6 Francis Street, Wallsend 2287
- Beresfield Swimming Centre 230 Anderson Drive, Beresfield NSW 2322
