Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the speed zone review areas that are located within the North Coast Precinct which includes the following Local Government Areas (LGA’s). Ballina, Byron, Tweed, Kyogle, Tenterfield, Coffs Harbour, Bellingen, Clarence Valley, Richmond Valley, Lismore, Port Macquarie, Kempsey and Nambucca.
Scope of works involves conducting speed zone reviews as required using the NSW Speed Zoning Guidelines. The contractor will be required to conduct road safety inspections and reporting as required using the Austroads Guide to Road Safety Part 3: Safe Speeds, Safe Work Method Statement and Risk Assessment Matrix (TfNSW).
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
