Tender Description
CHRC requires a suitable qualified Contractor to complete the attached Price Schedule detailing its Lump Sum Price to carry out vermin proofing works on the fourteen (14) separable portion sites (see Appendix A).
The Contractor to confirm all dimensions onsite and shall nominate materials for Principal’s approval, prior to material purchase (including sealant, fasteners, vents, roof profiles etc).
The Contractor shall also state whether the reservoir need to be emptied to facilitate works. An allowance for this shall be made in the Price Schedule.
