Tender Description
Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced businesses for the provision of Traffic Control Services incorporating traffic management planning, hire of traffic control devices and associated equipment and the provision of traffic controllers for an initial period of two years and three optional one year periods.
The provision of services will be across the PMHC Local Government Area (LGA) under a preferred supplier arrangement and will include a second tier supplier or suppliers to provide PMHC additional resources where required.
The preferred supplier will be engaged to assist PMHC deliver its program of works and services across the LGA including:
- road maintenance and construction works;
- tree maintenance and management;
- construction and maintenance of water infrastructure; and
- management of traffic at PMHC events.
In the event that the preferred supplier is not appropriately resourced to provide servces at any given time, a second tier supplier will be engaged to provide the services.
Contractors must comply with Council's CovidSafe Workplace Policy.
