Tender Description

The Yeronga Priority Development Area (PDA) is to provide a multi-purpose community centre of approximately 730 square meters Gross Floor Area (GFA) which will enable the Yeronga Community Centre (YCC) to relocate from their existing facility, along with associated community groups and administrative community services.

The development of a new Community Centre within the overarching Parkside Yeronga Masterplan is an important community asset. The delivery of this centre is sponsored and lead by Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) on behalf of Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economies (DCHDE) who will become the ultimate building owner.
