Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠As agreed with the school and the MoE, this project will deliver a DQLS refurbishment to 4 classrooms and the library which will include the replacement of the exterior timber windows. The life-cycle refurbishment of the toilet blocks in Block 1 and 2 will also be addressed.
Block 1 (Rms 3 – 6)

Replacement of the existing wooden window joinery and internal doors with commercial grade aluminum
Replacement of fixed storage shelves under windows
Replacement of existing wall coverings with new 10mm composition wall coverings
Replacement of existing floor coverings with new 16 oz direct stick carpet tiles or vinyl as required inclusive of floor preparation
Replacement of existing ceiling tiles with new acoustic ceiling Block 1 (Library)
Life cycle replacement of the existing carpet with 16oz direct stick carpet tiles inclusive of floor preparation

Block 1 (Toilet Block by Rms 3 and 4)

Demolition of the existing toilets to allow for a new breakout space
Installation of new flooring, LED lighting, floor coverings, and ceiling tiles

Block 1 (Toilet Block by Rms 5, 6)

Removal of the existing toilet appliances and basins to allow for the conversion to two unisex toilets with an allowance for an egress to the playground inclusive of cabinets
Installation of new flooring, LED lighting, and reuse of removed toilet appliances and basins

Block 2 (Rms 15, 16)

Removal of the existing toilet appliances and basins to allow for the conversion to two unisex toilets with an allowance for an egress to the playground inclusive of cabinets
Installation of new flooring, LED lighting, and reuse of removed toilet appliances and basins
