Council invites quotes from suitably qualified consultants to prepare a Heritage Community Consultation Plan for Hornsby Shire. The purpose of the Study is to prepare and execute a short-term consultation pan for the public exhibition process of several heritage studies that Council is currently undertaking and to assist alleviating the different community perceptions around heritage listing.
The selection of the consultant will be undertaken on the basis of the following criteria:
1. Appreciation of the project brief and purpose of the project;
2. Proposed methodology including consultation and liaison with identified parties
3. Consultants' qualifications, skills, experience
4. Details of project budget, broken down to include costs for each component of the project; and
5. Detailed project timeline demonstrating ability and commitment to complete the project within the set timeframe.
