Tender Description
The City of Canning, invites Respondents to submit an offer for a fit for purpose Rostering and Award Interpreter automated system to meet the Enterprise Agreement and processes requirements of the City of Canning. The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for further 2 x 12 month periods at sole discretion of the Principal and subject to acceptable performance and pricing of service available at that time.
At implementation it is expected that 250 to 300 staff will require access to the solution for rostering and timesheeting. This consists of a mix of staff that have City of Canning credentials and a majority of staff who do not have a City of Canning Logon. The volume of users may increase or decrease over time based on the City's requirements.
Respondents may be short listed and invited to provide a demonstration of the proposed system based on the Attachment 2 Award Interpreter Story Boards.
