Tender Description
The QBCC is seeking Proposals for Consultancy Services for Metal & Tile Roofing Investigative Services
Ability to Investigate, Inspect and identify defective Metal and Tile Roofing work, gather evidence (photos) generate written Reports compatible with the QBCC style and requirements, citing Legislation, Codes and standard as well as Manufactures specifications.
Undertake invasive inspection, carry out water testing and minor repairs (make good).
Assisting the tribunal( QCAT) to provide technical advice relating to your investigation.
All inspections are to be conducted in accordance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.
