Footpath Construction - Various Locations - Maitland

⁠⁠⁠PURPOSE: The purpose of this tender is to engage a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor or Contractors to undertake footpath construction at various locations in the Maitland LGA. This contract consists of the following separable portions:
Separable Portion 1 - Alliance Street, East Maitland
Separable Portion 2 - Blakewell Road, Thornton
Separable Portion 3 - Brooks Street, Telarah
Separable Portion 4 - Maize Street, Tenambit
Separable Portion 5 - Raymond Street, Telarah
Separable Portion 6 - Robinia Close, Largs

Tenderers may submit offers for one or both of the separate portions of work. Council reserves the right at its sole discretion to award one (1) or more separable portions to one (1) or more contractors.

INVITATION: Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline, 2.00 pm on Tuesday 23rd August 2022.

PRE-TENDER MEETING: A pre-tender meeting will not be held.

TENDERERS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the tender and without limiting the Tenderer's obligations, the Tenderer shall:
- submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tenderer's Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete;
- not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed;
- not engage in any form of collusive practice;
- not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.
